The Carbon Underground | Vi 2020 Launch Initiatives

This project will help to coalesce the emerging science on soil’s relationship to climate change and tell the world about a possibility to not simply slow down this threat, but reverse it. It will help international outcomes-based organizations focus on creating the tools, alliances, and opportunities to achieve scale at efforts proven to draw down carbon and mitigate the climate crisis. By broadly communicating and demonstrating these additional benefits–such as economic growth, increased food, and freshwater security, healthier food production, and support for the world’s farmers they believe the transition to regenerative agriculture will continue to accelerate worldwide.
