Chris Carpenter
Conservation Scientist, Wildlands Studies
Chris Carpenter teaches field courses in ecology and conservation science for Wildlands Studies, an academic partner of Western Washington University. He is based in Chiangmai, Thailand and has developed and taught courses in China, the Himalayan region, and Southeast Asia. These days, Chris is writing a book about the natural history of the Himalaya and hopes to launch a field course to Mongolia in 2021.
