- Our Knowledge Partners are research organizations and academic institutions working across an array of disciplines, who have contributed to the development of One Earth’s science-based Solutions Framework to achieve the 1.5°C climate goal. This includes the groundbreaking One Earth Climate Model, the Global Safety Net for Nature, the Climate Finance Tracker, and over 30 peer-reviewed papers, white papers, and technical reports that advance strategic climate and biodiversity action, regionally and globally. Knowledge Partners consist of research organizations and academic institutions working across an array of disciplines, all of whom have contributed to the development of One Earth’s science-based Solutions Framework to achieve the 1.5°C goal of the Paris Climate Agreement.
- One Earth produces hundreds of stories each year, showcasing climate & biodiversity heroes—both human and wildlife— working to improve local livelihoods and protect the ecosystems upon which we all depend. We work with our Storytelling Partners to create inspiring and informative content across multiple digital and social media platforms, reaching millions of people each year. Through this work, we aim to transform eco-anxiety into eco-action, inspiring and empowering a global movement of engaged and optimistic changemakers.
- Our place-based partners are trusted nonprofit organizations leading critical, deeply impactful efforts across One Earth’s three pillars of climate action – renewable energy transition, nature conservation and restoration, and regenerative agriculture. All organizations are nominated by One Earth’s growing network of trusted advisors and experts. Once nominated and carefully vetted, these organizations are featured on our Global Navigator and eligible for philanthropic support through one of One Earth’s Solution Funds. Place-based Partners are made up of innovative and impactful nonprofit organizations that are working towards the 1.5°C goal across One Earth’s three pillars of climate action – renewable energy transition, nature conservation and restoration, and regenerative agriculture. Our On-the-ground Partners are featured on the Global Navigator.
- One Earth’s Philanthropic Partners make everything possible by supporting our team and our programs. We work collaboratively with foundations, family offices, individuals and philanthropic advisors to maximize the impact of their giving over the long term. We celebrate the gifts provided by the One Earth Community or, as we like to call them, philanthro-activists who are true catalysts for change.
- Our Collective Impact Partners are non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with whom we’ve built long-term collaborative partnerships and are aligned with One Earth’s Solutions Framework. We support each other’s efforts across 7 Levers for Change towards the topline goals of achieving 100% renewable energy globally, the protection and restoration of 50% of the world’s lands and oceans, and transforming our food and fiber systems to regenerative agriculture. Together we are working to create a brighter future for all.
- One Earth is proud to be an active member of many international and regional coalitions and alliances that are advancing the implementation of climate solutions and the preservation of global biodiversity. These range from coalition campaigns, like the Global Deal for Nature, to multi-stakeholder initiatives led by the United Nations and other international conveners. One Earth is also an official observer organization for both the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Convention on Biological Diversity.
