The Nature Data Lab (NDL) is a multi-stakeholder initiative that develops, manages, and publishes technical research and open-source software to accelerate the nature-positive transition. NDL is dedicated to finance and implementation of the UN Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), supporting both the public and private sectors to achieve:
- Target 1 | Integrated spatial planning (across all lands and seas)
- Target 2 | Ecosystem restoration (30% of degraded lands restored)
- Target 3 | Area-based conservation (30x30) & Indigenous territorial rights
- Target 4 | Halting species extinctions (Conservation Imperatives)
