Kelsey has sectoral policy experience on land-use and transport topics in European and international climate discussions, notably participating in UNFCCC and ICAO climate negotiations. Her present focus is on EU forest and climate policies, the negative emissions debate, and all things around Land Use, Land Use Change and Forestry.
