The Sea of Okhotsk Coastal Taiga, Meadows & Tundra bioregion is part of the Sea of Okhotsk & Bearing Tundra/Taiga subrealm located in the Subarctic Eurasia realm (northern Palearctic) and contains five ecoregions—Kamchatka Taiga (712), Kamchatka-Kurile Meadows and Sparse Forests (713), Okhotsk-Manchurian Taiga (715), Sakhalin Island Taiga (716), Kamchatka Tundra (773)—totaling more than 75 million hectares of land area.
