The Hawai’i Tropical Islands bioregion is located in the Oceania realm and contains five ecoregions – Hawai'i Tropical Moist Forests [1], Hawai'i Tropical Dry Forests [2], Hawai'i Tropical High Shrublands [3], Hawai'i Tropical Low Shrublands [4], Northwest Hawai'i Scrub [5] – totaling over 1.5 million hectares of land area.
